We are dedicated to providing accurate Bookkeeping & Tax Preparation services as well as payroll with reasonable and competitive rates. We do weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll filings as well as year-end tax preparation, W-2's for Business and Personal. We are very flexible with our customers. You can visit our office during regular business hours (see our hours on contact page) or you can also call to schedule appointments. In addition, you are welcome to simply drop-off your paper work or you can e-mail us documents. We have many clients that mail us their paperwork from different States.

Dot attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN where she attained: Small Business Management Certificate and Human Resources Certificate. She is also a member of: American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, Phi Theta Kappa Society. Dot has been doing personal and business taxes for 40 years! Customers appreciate her vast knowledge, her indepth experience and her aility to problem solve and assist cusomers in any way that she can. Dot's customers say she is down-to-earth and very caring. They also find her extremely easy to work with.
When Dot is not working at what she loves she is busy playing with and spending time with her favorite people... her great grand-kids.

Kim is our Tax Strategist. She provides Dot's customers with tax advice and then assists them in implementing tax strategies... and maximizing results! Our customers get the opportunity to take advantage of Kim's broad tax knowledge. With her expertise she will break down complex pieces of information and explain them to customers in a simple and easy to understand manner. She is ready to assist any entity type; sole-practitioners, partnerships, LLC, S-corporations and C-corporations. Also, consider outsourcing your company's payroll to us. DIRECTOR OF INSURANCE SERVICES
Your Independent insurance agent. Offering Health / Life and Property / Liability coverage including Workmans comp, Commercial Insurance and Group Health. John is available in our office to speak with on Tuesday and Thursday or by appointment. The agency also offers a certified Financial Planner to help with retirees' 401K rollovers and Wealth Management and Financial Planning.
